The legal and institutional regimes governing international trade are as a general matter broad, complex, and dynamic.With a rich agricultural endowment, large territory, developed (albeit rundown) infrastructure networks, and a well-educated population, one would think Ukraine is well positioned to benefit significantly from the economic growth that comes with trade liberalization.
