The report seeks to show how Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan can increase the gains from participation in international trade through regional cooperation in trade policy, transport, and customs transit. It attempts to quantify costs of the lack of cooperation and potential benefits of improved regional cooperation in the three areas for the above countries.
