CLIR: Court Administration
Court Administration
Courts play a significant role in most areas of commercial law and a strong court administration system is necessary for them to function efficiently. Without a functioning court administration system, the courts are unable to preserve a comprehensive case record, provide parties with ready access to case documents, or facilitate an efficient appeals process. The absence of clear case documentation also facilitates corruption.
The CLIR Court Administration section examines the operations of the commercial courts and their ease of use for businesses and individuals.
